The following terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between yourself and The Occult Art Company (theoccultartcompany.co.uk).

Ordering:
Placing an order does not imply that The Occult Art Company accepts that order. Your order is not accepted until you receive a confirmation of the order. We will inform you by email if your order is not available or if despatch is delayed in any way. The Occult Art Company will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Packaging, Postage and Processing:
Artworks are plastic wrapped on card and flat packed in a cardboard A3 envelope for 1st Class postage by Royal Mail within the United Kingdom and by airmail for international destinations. Insurance is not provided, however, proof of postage is available on all orders.

The Occult Art Company strives to dispatch items within 48hours of payment being accepted. Postal transit times may vary. In the majority of cases, delivery will be within 7 working days. International delivery may take longer depending on the destination.

Goods will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

Payment Terms:
Ownership of the prints remains with The Occult Art Company until payment has been received in full. Our preferred method of payment is through Pay pal via the e-shop, however, we may accept other methods of payment by agreement. Goods will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

Security:
Transactions are handled through the payment-processing provider, Pay Pal. Please see www.paypal.co.uk for their Terms and Conditions for detailed security information.

Copyright:
The Occult Art Company may not own the copyright to the prints offered. The artist or the owner of the original artworks often retains the copyright. The Occult Art Company does, however, have a licensing agreement with the aforesaid owners of the artworks.

The copyright of the artworks does not, therefore, transfer with the purchase of the print.

International copyright laws protect the contents of this site, including all images, text, and graphics. Images displayed on this site, which are not property of The Occult Art Company, are used with permission. No images from this site may be reproduced in any form without the written consent of The Occult Art Company.

The Occult Art Company respects the intellectual property rights of artists. If you believe we have infringed your rights please notify us immediately.

Returns Policy:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your print, you can return it to The Occult Art Company within 14 days. The print must be returned using a similar method of packaging. The purchaser returning the print must meet the cost of return postage.

Wholesale Orders:
The Occult Art Company is an online retailer of artworks. We do not sell to the trade but we may be willing to offer discounts on large-volume orders by agreement.

Conduct:
You must use this website lawfully. You must not use it in any way that causes damage, or that may cause operating problems.

You understand that you, and not The Occult Art Company, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us.

The website must not be used for criminal purposes including:

1.Fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or any other unlawful activity.

2.To cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to anyone connected with the website.

3.To send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing; or any material that is in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or objectionable; or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any "spam".

Privacy:
Your information is used to process and progress orders and payments. The Occult Art Company will not pass your information to any third party, organisation or company.

Disclaimer:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Occult Art Company, its directors, agents, employees, and third parties, from your use of the service, including any violation of these rules.

This agreement is entered into in England and shall be governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, English law. The courts of England shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine a cost, action, or proceedings, and to settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with these rules, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
